Agile & Jira Expert

Role Definition:

1. Define a work methodology in the PI planning world and adapt it to Menorah's organizational culture.

2. Support and implement the divisional PI process: Working with the Scrum teams in the division, project managers, POs, and other leaders using the PI Planning methodology.

3. Balancing workloads in the Agile world - creating a divisional standard for managing Velocity and team workloads with a forward-looking view.

4. Managing systems and tools – Jira and Sciforma systems. Gathering user requirements, specification, testing, implementation, and on-site training.

5. Defining a uniform work standard and implementing it among project managers while adapting to the Agile methodology and the unique needs of each project.

6. Building work methods and controls tailored to Agile work, using the Jira system.

7. Division KPIs - Creating divisional metrics in the Agile world and adapting them to the methodology and strategic needs of the division. Building and ongoing monitoring.

8. Working with multiple interfaces, working with external consultants, leading change while managing resistance and rallying support for the process.

Job Requirements:

* Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple tasks, working under pressure and tight deadlines.

* High level of service and ability to accommodate users.

* Extensive knowledge of the Jira system - mandatory.

* Good familiarity with Agile methodology while working alongside Scrum teams - mandatory.

* Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or other relevant degree - mandatory.

* Excellent Excel skills - mandatory.

* Familiarity with the SAFe methodology – significant advantage.
