Controller

We are a global big Tech company, and we are looking for a Controller to join our finance team.

Part of the job will be planning, optimizing processes and preparing reports.

The position will include interfaces with other functions within the finance department and the rest of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entry review/preparation and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports for quarterly consolidation
• Support quarterly and annual audits
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax return preparation
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required
• Collaborate with external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting and economic matters

Requirements:

• CPA qualification with experience at a Big 4 firm
• 2 years post-internship experience
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in preparing financial statements and consolidated reports according to USGAAP
• Problem-solving mentality with a proactive and team-oriented approach
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle - advantage
• Experience with doing Tax reports- advantage
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Fluent English, both Verbal and written- A must
• The position require attending the TLV office 4 days a week ( one day from home)
