Technical Project Manager

BOA Ideas was established 16 years ago, focusing on various web projects. We are the e-commerce experts for Shopify, application development, and building third-party integrations that interface with many different systems and applications. Our specialization, areas of interest, and overall knowledge base continue to grow and develop alongside our recruitment efforts. 

We are looking for a new team member for our Project management.

The Project managers in our company will accompany the client to understand his needs, launching their website and beyond.

You'll be working in a team that is rapidly expanding. For you, this means there is the opportunity to make the role your own and grow!

Role and responsibilities:

• Accompany the clients from the beginning of the project till it ends
• Running multiple projects at the same time
• Ongoing conduct with the E-commerce specialist and Development Department.

Skills:

• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models, as well as knowledge of traditional project management principles
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.
• Can-do approach, ability to work independently, learn and move fast, and build very strong work relationships
• Detail-oriented and thorough; you’re a proactive self-starter who is able to effectively juggle multiple deliverables and projects in a highly fluid work environment
• Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in English
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to facilitate /guide meetings effectively

Nice to have

• Experience in project management in the world of websites and e-commerce
• Knowledge and control of the Shopify platform
