Developing cost-effective procurement strategies.
Sourcing, benchmarking and engaging reliable vendors.
Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Work with the legal team to review and maintain contract database with vendors.
Perform risk assessments and ensure on-going feasibility of existing contracts.
Train internal stakeholders on the procurement policies, processes and systems.
Approving purchase orders, organizing and confirming receipt of goods and services
Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Overseeing and managing the IT system that tracks inventory.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or economics.
3+ years of experience managing supply chain operations in the Tech industry (Software company an advantage).
Talent in negotiations and networking with proven ability to manage parallel workstreams and prioritize.
English: full proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience working with NetSuite is an advantage.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
