Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor

KPMG's Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory team assists both local and international clients throughout the M&A process. The team provides advisory services to corporations, funds and later stage startups for acquisitions, divestures, mergers, buy-outs and other major projects. As an M&A Associate, you'll be an essential member of a tightknit and efficient team in a leading global financial institution.

KPMG is looking for an Advisor to the Mergers and Acquisitions Team.

The role will entail:

• Write and prepare transaction related documentation and marketing materials including information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and market data and analyses
• Research and contact potential financial and strategic buyers
• Serve as critical team member in the execution of M&A transactions
• Perform in-depth company and industry research supporting specific client engagements and marketing opportunities
• Execute financial modeling, including valuation assessments
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or similar from an accredited college/university
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Strong financial modeling, research, and financial analysis skills
• Proficiency with financial research tools
• Professional working proficiency, both written and spoken, in English and Hebrew. Additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
