During your tenure, you will lead efforts to innovate our manufacturing processes, expand internationally, and deliver unparalleled solutions to our clients. Through your expertise, we strive to exceed the expectations of our diverse clientele, all the while scrutinizing costs and promoting efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Elevate and expand our quality product line to new heights and markets, ensuring that we Maintain a business advantage.
• Ensure our product portfolio is managed in a cost-efficient manner while maximizing profit.
• Lead our international teams, setting new standards in installation and implementation excellence.
• Provide innovative solutions through strategic policy and procedural enhancements to ensure that Spinframe remains a leading technological innovation .
• A data-driven decision-making approach ensures that our strategies are always informed and impactful, based on operational metrics.
• Leading the entire operational system including procurement, product, customer service and delivery.
• Leading the team both in the  strategic level  and hands-on daily work.
• Maintaining an ongoing relationship with the company's customers. 

Qualifications:

• Academic bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• At least 5 years experience in leading  operational excellence.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in growing companies (start up companies)- significant advantage
• Experience in international markets - USA and Europe a significant advantage
• Experience in Creating and leading new benchmarks and operational standards who challenge the status quo.
• The ability to operate in a changing and dynamic business environment.
• Exceptional ability to handle complex products and navigate global waters.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent level of English.

Nice To Have Skills/Experience:

• A passion for leveraging AI and computer vision technologies in industrial applications.
• Experience scaling operations on a global scale, particularly in the automotive or related industries.
