As a Growth Analyst, you will work to identify new growth opportunities and leverage business strategy, based on data, analytics, and creative business thinking. As an integral part of a core, multi-disciplinary team, you will work hand-in-hand with developers and marketing experts while maximizing impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic growth processes, focusing on acquiring learners
• Analyze, test, and optimize performance according to KPIs
• Utilize various online advertising platforms to manage and execute large-scale campaigns
• Work with the internal creative team to develop campaign assets
• Define KPI metrics and create actionable insights through analysis and research
• develop innovative UA strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics
• Support the growth efforts using real-time measurement and forecasting models to empower amazing decision-making
  
  

• Sharp, data-driven, and creative with outstanding analytical skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically
• Strong business and marketing acumen
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (magna cum laude or advanced degrees a plus)
• 1+ years experience in data analysis, marketing analysis or User acquisition roles
• Experience in online marketing - advantage
