We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the CIO department at JFrog.

As an IT Project Manager at JFrog you will…

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple IT projects
• Perform project analysis, manage task execution and risks, identify bottlenecks, perform necessary corrections, and communicate program status across multiple levels of management.
• Partner with IT specialists to help them prioritize, plan, track, and execute complex tasks.
• Manage the IT portfolio: create the yearly plan, define milestones, track plan vs. actual, manage budget, resources and track KPIs
• Hold responsibility for IT communications and change management
• Work with IT members and business partners on process improvements - Define and lead process improvement plans and implement best practices.
• Level of service - Lead SLA workshops, analysis, system implementation, and ongoing monitoring (including classifications).
• Data analytics for managerial data-based decisions- automation potentials, etc.
• Interact with various teams, and work closely with business partners such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Finance.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in managing IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage service level activities and measurements
• Proven experience leading projects while implementing Agile methodology (Scrum/Agile at Scale framework).
• Expert skills in matrix management, ability to devise operational processes, and guide execution while properly allocating resources.
• Sc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience
• Ability to cross-functionally drive work through others, mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
