Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and driven Senior Associate to join our early-stage venture capital team. The Senior Associate will be pivotal in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies in their growth journey. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded individual with a passion for technology and innovation to contribute to the success of cutting-edge startups and drive meaningful returns for our investors.

You will primarily report to the fund’s Managing Partners and Principal. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead investments for the studio/fund.  
• Help source and evaluate potential investments. 
• In-depth market research, trends, and competitive analysis
• Assist in the preparation of internal documents, investment memos, and investor updates
• Attend industry events/conferences and build out a network in relevant entrepreneurial and VC communities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–3 years of prior experience in VC (preferred) 
• MBA strongly preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail, a demonstrated curiosity, a readiness to contribute across all facets of the business, and a commitment to evolving alongside the fund's expansion
• An ethos of hard work and initiative in previous endeavors
• A team player 
• Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently. Accomplished and demonstrated writing skills in English (MUST)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders
