RPA Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to join our team. As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in automating business processes, improving efficiency, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement UiPath-based automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Create technical documentation and maintain comprehensive records of RPA processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
• Stay updated on the latest UiPath features and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer with UiPath.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions.
• Proficient in translating business processes into detailed process maps and documentation, identifying key steps, decision points, and data flows.
• Proven experience in producing high-quality technical documentation, including but not limited to design specifications, system architecture, and release notes.
• Familiarity with version control systems for documentation (e.g., Git) to maintain and track changes systematically.
• Familiarity with documentation standards and UiPath best practices and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ software engineering/ computer engineering or equivalent
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath certification(s).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of process optimization and improvement methodologies.
