Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Compliance officer at IsraTransfer, located in Ramat Gan, with flexibility for remote work. As a Compliance officer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in payment processing. Your role will involve monitoring and reviewing transactions, conducting risk assessments, and implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to payment processing.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to payment processing
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a meticulous manner
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in using compliance software and tools
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in payment processing, is preferred
• Relevant certifications in compliance and/or risk management are a plus
