Select Justice and AttorneyAtLaw.com are growing and we are looking for a Marketing Analyst & Operations Specialist to join our team!
We are innovating the legal marketing landscape with a platform that helps small to medium law firms to market themselves and grow their practices. There are already over 5,000 attorneys on our platform and we are rapidly growing.
Working in our company means, being in the front of legal technology, working hands-on on one of the most interesting products, and getting the chance to disrupt an old-fashioned industry.
Our Headquarters are in San Diego with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Puerto Rico, and Tel Aviv.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis - Conduct detailed market research and analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions. Interpret data on customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Operational Excellence - Manage and optimize marketing processes and systems, including CRM, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools. Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align on strategies, share insights, and implement campaigns that effectively reach target audiences.
- Reporting & Insights - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key marketing metrics. Provide actionable insights to leadership to guide marketing and business strategies.
- Campaign Management - Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Process Improvement - Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in marketing operations.
- Vendor Management - Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analysis and operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- cellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams.
- Creative problem-solver, proactive in identifying and solving operational challenges.
