We are looking for Head of Salesforce for a medical company's site in Tel Aviv:
- Responsible for the technological leadership of the Salesforce domain within the Information Systems department.
- Full responsibility for planning, managing, and executing projects on Salesforce.
- Team management: feature specification, implementation, and development.
- Managing interfaces with various teams in information systems and suppliers, closely collaborating with customers in the organization's management.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in managing complex projects in the Salesforce domain - mandatory.
- Technical familiarity with Salesforce - mandatory.
- two years of experience in team management of system analysts/project managers.
- Proven ability in matrix management.
- Team and task management skills, including conflict resolution and adherence to work plans on time and with quality.
- Effective decision-making and responsive capabilities.
- Full independent work capability with external suppliers and internal clients according to various projects.
- In-depth familiarity with Service, Sales, and Marketing modules - an advantage.
- Dynamic work capability while providing quick solutions.
- Experience in large organizations.
