Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior GRC team member. The Junior GRC team member will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks related to governance, risk management, and compliance. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing policies and procedures, performing audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Junior GRC team member will also provide support in monitoring and managing security risks and incidents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance principles
• Experience with risk assessments and audits
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks (Israel DPA, GDPR)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
