Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading the successful execution of electronics engineering projects, driving innovation and excellence from inception to customer delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Review Technical Specifications and Statement of Work documents, preparing project deliverables.

• Develop synoptic, board design, and complex cable configurations.

• Lead projects through a complete development cycle and into serial production, System and PCB bring-up, testing, integration, qualification testing, etc.

• Source components and managed purchasing activities.

• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to define requirements.

• Present project content in Preliminary and Critical Design Review meetings with clients.

• Oversaw integration processes, writing ATP, product manuals, and other technical documents.

• Provide comprehensive support during production, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions.

• Deliver exceptional customer support for technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.

• Expertise in electronic systems design, including PCB layout, component selection, and system integration.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly and concisely.

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.

• experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
