Algorithm Engineer

A startup company that has developed a platform for mapping underground infrastructure for real estate and infrastructure projects. The platform performs subterranean imaging using drones, assisting construction and excavation contractors in identifying what lies beneath the ground to avoid damaging gas pipelines, water sources, and more.

The ability to perform accurate mapping of subsurface and infrastructure without the need for physical excavations and drilling leads to enormous savings in planning expenses and prevents undesirable surprises during project execution.

The technology has already been successfully deployed and demonstrated in several projects in Israel, where it securely and accurately identified hidden abandoned lines beneath the surface. The platform is commercially launched for construction, excavation, and engineering services companies in the United States and Israel.

Funded after a $105 million Series A round, the company is profitable, stable, successful, and competitive in terms of conditions.

The role is part of a growing team in the department, involving research and development of algorithms in the domain knowledge of seismic signal processing, Penetrating Radar, ERT, FDEM encoded in Python, with some AI/DL involvement. The focus is on research methods, algorithm construction, and understanding fundamentals.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train line, they work remotely and employ around 100 employees.

Requirements-

• Second MSC in Physics
• Experience with Signal Processing
• Experience in building algorithms
• Experience in Python development
