Marketing Manager

Elbit Systems Maritime is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our team in Haifa and play a key role in driving growth across international defense markets. In this role, you will work with customers, partners, and stakeholders across the globe, lead strategic business and marketing initiatives, and help expand business opportunities in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and lead marketing campaigns in the international defense market
Drive cross-functional business development activities across the organization
Manage ongoing relationships with strategic partners and end customers
Lead short-term and long-term business growth objectives
Represent the company in front of international customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, programs, operations, and sales

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
MBA or equivalent graduate degree - an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in managing complex international programs and/or leading marketing campaigns and business development activities
Proven experience in the naval systems domain
Experience in the defense industry - an advantage
Previous experience as a Marketing Manager in a multidisciplinary business environment - an advantage
Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to lead complex marketing initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Strong communication, presentation, and professional representation skills
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Additional languages - an advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours when required
Availability for frequent international travel, including extended overseas assignments
Relevant military background – Graduate of the Israeli Naval Officers Course (Hovlim) – mandatory
