Responsibilities:

• Engineering support for all metal factories manufacturing processes, Lacal & global.
• Defining work processes.
• Improvement, optimization, and technological development of production tools and processes.
• Defining process quality controls.
• Failure Identification, & process failures analysis,
• Defining leading and conducting experiments.
• Engineering project management: installation of new machinery and upgrading old machinery.
• Subcontractors Certification and technical support
• Lead process and engineering learning activities
• Development to HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) transfer ownership.
  
  

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or college - mandatory.
• Technical orientation, hands-on, technical understanding - mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing plant similar role - mandatory.
• Experience in problem-solving in machinery and processes - mandatory.
• Fluent English (reading, speaking, and writing) - mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience in systems: hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics - an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in machining technology - an advantage.
• Experience in CAD software: SolidWorks, AutoCAD - an advantage.
• Working with regulatory bodies, accreditation to standards - an advantage.
