We are seeking an experienced B2B marketer to join our global marketing team and lead marketing activities with a wide range of regional and global partners. The Global Partnerships Marketing Manager will work closely with our Partnerships team across the globe and will also be involved in a diverse range of marketing projects led by the Marketing department.
The B2B Partner Marketing Manager serves as the main interface between the partnership and marketing teams, leading and executing partnership marketing activities. This role involves collaborating with regional partnership managers and liaising with stakeholders from a wide range of companies we partner with. As the Global Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will plan and manage a diverse range of activities and projects across all marketing channels and platforms, working closely with different stakeholders across the company.
In this position, you will collaborate on diverse marketing projects both regionally and globally, working closely with other members of the Marketing team, including content, design, and production. As a key contributor, you will execute strategic marketing plans that drive awareness and customer acquisition, aligning with business strategy and KPIs.
The ideal candidate will be a versatile and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies in the technology world. You should have vast experience executing marketing campaigns and programs across different platforms and all funnel stages—from TOFU (Top of Funnel) to BOFU (Bottom of Funnel). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and quickly adapting in response to changes and feedback is essential.
This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Plans and Activities:
- Work closely with partnership managers to plan and execute marketing activities that support and enhance our extensive partners ecosystem.
- Actively promote partner engagement by planning and producing awareness activities, such as content, events, and joint campaigns.
- Evaluate the performance of partner marketing programs and recommend improvements.
- Content Strategy and Implementation:
- Produce partner-related supporting content and collateral to drive partner channel awareness and performance.
- Craft and edit various collaterals, content, and branding assets, including sales decks, case studies, diverse presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with different partners on joint content initiatives, such as PR, social media, email campaigns, and case studies.
- Manage company content on different partners’ platforms and portals.
- Manage the online partners portal, including content creation, gathering, uploading, and editing.
- Create supporting content for partners as well as educational content (guides, reports, e-books, and more).
- Additional Marketing Activities:
- Collaborate with other stakeholders in the marketing team and participate in various projects and activities.
- Work with different stakeholders across the company to support their marketing and content needs.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Marketing Manager in a global B2B high-tech company, with a proven track record of activating various B2B marketing strategies, tools, and channels- a must!
- Exceptional proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Native English speaker—a significant advantage
- Experience working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and Partner Portals (e.g., Allbound)—a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree required; major in marketing or communications preferred.
- Remarkable project and time management skills; responsible and committed to deadlines.
- A true multitasker, highly organized with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can work independently and at the same time a strong team-player, with high ability to collaborate with other stakeholders, both within and outside the marketing team.
- Experience working with design and content teams, from clearly articulated briefs aligned to brand strategy, through execution and delivery of compelling, high-quality output.
- Strong writing skills for creating marketing content, including presentations, newsletters, articles, case studies, and more.
- Ability to collaborate across different global regions—an advantage.
- Creative and innovative thinker, eager to learn and evolve.
- Open to feedback with a strong drive for excellence.
- Ability to focus on the details while seeing the bigger picture and envisioning the final outcome.
- Hard worker, positive, and energetic, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to pivot as needed.
