Front Desk Secretary (Temporary Role)

We are seeking an energetic professional with multitasking abilities.

The position is temporary, a 6-month role, and part-time

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant for at least 1 year.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Very good level of English.
  
  

• Responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, managing inventory control.
• Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, capable of working independently with little or no supervision. Well-organized, flexible, and enjoys tackling the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse office environment.
• Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
• Collaborate with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments.
• Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
