Gini Apps is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outsourcing Unit Manager to oversee our outsourcing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing outsourcing projects and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the company's outsourcing strategy, including defining goals, identifying suitable clients, and managing relationships with them.
- Manage the outsourcing unit budget and monitor expenses.
- Manage customer relationships, understand their needs, and develop customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and partners
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and training of outsourced employees.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of outsourcing projects\employees
- At least 3 years of proven experience in managing teams and leading a P&L unit.
- Previous experience working with outsourcing clients.
- Team management and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent command of Hebrew and English.
