Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our counter UAS product line.

In this role, you will:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Sentrycs' overall business objectives and market needs. This includes defining target markets, assessing competitive landscapes, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to define and prioritize feature enhancements, product releases, and new initiatives. Ensure the product roadmap is aligned with customer requirements, market trends, and technological advancements.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, prioritize development tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback, conducting market research, and analyzing user data to inform product decisions. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive product improvements.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases and feature enhancements. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of the product portfolio. Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the product management team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  
  

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles, with a focus on technology products and platforms
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing complex, technical products from concept to commercialization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and delivering value to customers
• Experience working in the defense or aerospace industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
