VP, Operations

AutoDS is embarking on an exciting new chapter as we expand our team and search for our first Operations hire. We're looking for a VP of Operations to lead the charge in optimizing our processes and operational management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker passionate about process optimization and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. They should be excited about the opportunity to shape and streamline our operational processes, driving sustainable growth and maximizing our impact in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment and execution of the company's annual business plan, collaborating closely with the CEO to monitor and achieve quarterly OKRs.
• Work collaboratively with process owners and stakeholders across various departments (Marketing, Development, Support, Finance, HR) to assess and enhance process maturity levels through benchmarking and inventorying.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at identifying, prioritizing, and implementing process improvement opportunities.
• Conduct workshops to foster the development of process improvement solutions and comprehensive change management plans.
• Develop and curate process resources, including framework materials, templates, and case studies, to support a community of process and system experts.
• Ensure timely tracking and resolution of project status, risks, and open issues, utilizing a data-driven approach to inform leadership decisions.
• Effectively communicate and report key results to the company's C-Suite.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Operational Consulting, Business Operations, Process Analytics, or Project Management.
• Profound understanding of business strategy and operations within a global environment.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships, drive change, and influence stakeholders across diverse cultures, functions, and organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Strong project management skills coupled with a commitment to ownership and delivering results.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in process documentation tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and RACI.
• Familiarity with workflow and data management systems like Asana and Monday.
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
