Talent Acquisition Specialist

WeSki is looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! You'll have the opportunity to drive our growth and contribute significantly to our success. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for diverse positions within the company and requires a results-oriented approach, a positive attitude, and the drive to support our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their objectives and requirements.
• Actively head-hunt and creatively source top-tier candidates across various channels, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to phone screens and in-depth HR interviews across various departments.
• Utilize third-party resources and social media to ensure a continuous candidate pipeline.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to a final decision.
• Contribute actively to the enhancement of our talent and hiring processes.
• Manage recruitment initiatives, such as LinkedIn parties and referral programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in startup hi-tech companies, demonstrating technical recruitment expertise.
• Proficiency in head-hunting, sourcing, and building pipelines.
• Proficiency in conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
• Self-motivated, independent, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality, exhibiting strong teamwork and a positive approach.
• Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English and Hebrew.
• Global positions background- an advantage.
