The Role:

We are looking for a QA Specialist to join our team, focusing on the quality assurance of chatbot systems in Hebrew and English. This part-time position is ideal for candidates who excel in language proficiency and are meticulous in their testing approach.

Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed QA checks on chatbot systems to ensure high-quality interactions in Hebrew and English.

- Develop and execute test plans to identify issues in language understanding and response accuracy.

- Work collaboratively with the development team to communicate findings and suggest improvements.

- Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness in chatbot conversations.
