You Will
Member of Ouna’s leadership team, drive Ouna’s progress and success.
Lead, mentor, and coach Engineers and Data Scientists, with lots of autonomy, responsibility, and ownership.
Drive continuous progress and improvement - AI adoption, technological innovation, new tech and product ideas or directions.
Collaborate closely with various operative and business stakeholders, build strong trust, communication, and workflows.
Own all people related aspects such as hiring, reviews, mentoring, and career development.

Requirements
Significant experience in managing a group of ~10 engineers including ICs, as R&D lead in startups or group lead in small-medium companies.
Hands on experience with Data Engineering and Big data infrastructures - on prem and cloud (Hadoop, Spark, Scala, GCP/AWS) and manipulation of large datasets
Experience in leading or working closely with Data Science teams and implementing ML/DL models to production.
Experience with backend engineering of large-scale, complex, high-performance real-time systems (preferably Java).
Production-level experience with agentic coding tools, MCPs, AI adoption and governance processes.
You like to stay close to tech and people, and achieve scale, velocity, and breakthroughs using AI as your multiplier.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proven track record of change management including AI initiatives , process building and business to dev pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills and passion to learn and share knowledge.
Highly effective and delivery oriented, thrive in a high-paced and multi-changes environment.

It can be a great plus if you have:

Experience in the online marketing / AdTech space
Experience with auction base systems (e.g. Programmatic marketing, trading, Investment)
