Role Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Redler Technologies, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various departments, with a primary focus on B2B channels. Your role will be pivotal in budget management, supplier coordination, campaign analysis, optimization, and strategic planning. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to drive content development initiatives and achieve marketing objectives and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing plans across diverse departments, emphasizing B2B channels.
• Effectively manage budgets, suppliers, and expenses while continuously monitoring ROI.
• Analyze, optimize, and execute various campaign types to maximize effectiveness.
• Formulate marketing strategies informed by meticulous market research, trend analysis, and identified goals and KPIs.
• Contribute to content development endeavors to ensure alignment with overarching marketing objectives.
• Provide support to the sales department, including preparation for presentations at exhibitions, handling leads, and managing price offers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of three years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in B2B marketing channels.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including PPC, analytics, email marketing, landing pages, and sponsored campaigns.
• Expertise in managing CRM platforms, with preference given to candidates experienced with HubSpot.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
