We are looking for an e-Commerce Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing product listings across Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms, analyzing data, initiating new projects, increasing online sales, improving conversion rate on product pages, track industry trends and changes, and more. 

The primary responsibility is increasing sales through successful e-commerce marketing strategies that use consumer insights, market research, positioning, marketing communications, and data analytics.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement a strategic e-commerce plan to increase online sales.
• Manage eCommerce Shopify Store & Amazon Store Listings.
• Analyze store Data product performance.
• Analyze competitor's data.
• Conversion Optimization on our landing pages and product pages.
• Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
• A/B testing of entire listing, landing pages, product pages, and more.
• Work closely with our marketing & e-commerce team.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to guide A/B creative and incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests to identify what works best.
• Test new channels and trends.
• Optimize marketing budgets to maximize CPA and efficiently scale.

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience managing hands-on e-commerce activity (Shopify & Amazon) - A Must.
• 2+ years of e-commerce SEO, managing product listings, and professional expertise - Advantage.
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to utilize digital performance platforms to develop, manage, and deliver multi-channel digital initiatives to drive customer acquisition. And business goals.
• Firm grasp of marketing needs and what makes brands stick.
• Hebrew & English Fluency.
• High-level analytical ability & skills to understand financial and market data.
• Excellent critical thinking, decision-making judgment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
