In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Thorough product design process - from UX to UI, including multiple solutions to complex and challenging product tasks and deep understanding of the problem you need to solve.
• Drive team members toward strong product outcomes that increase user adoption and delight.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Software Developers to define, design and deliver extraordinary products.
• Understand customers’ pain points and needs, then develop the right solutions for a wide B2B platform
• Drive Tipalti’s design B2B2C vision and lead its platform towards an updated and modernized experience
• Create micro animations, interactive and modern designs solutions
  
  

About You

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing product design for complex and responsive B2B systems
• Proven experience with native mobile app design and responsive web - Must!
• Advanced proficiency of spoken and written English - Mandatory
• Good understanding of both Mobile OS behaviors and guidelines (iOS/ Android)
• Experience working in an end-to-end UX process from ideation, wireframing and prototyping through to user testing and final design delivery
• Degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, etc.) - Advantage
• Be a problem solver and present alternatives - the ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions
• Experience with creating and working with a design system
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
• Experience working with developers, and familiarity with HTML & CSS
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-notch interfaces
• Self-learner and quick adjustment skills
