We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Delivery Ingest Team in Jerusalem, Israel. This is an amazing opportunity to work on our 3 important knowledge Bases – Alma Community Zone, SFX KB, and 360 KB. The team consists of 4 members and reports to the Senior Director of Content Ingestion. So, if you are familiar with our products- Alma, 360, and SFX, have great technical skills, and looking for 1st managerial role- we would love to speak with you!

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• 2 years' work experience in a hi-tech environment.
• Familiarity with Ex Libris Library Management knowledge bases.
• Projects management orientation.
• High sense of accountability.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Oversee day-to-day operations and lead an ingest Operations team.
• Manage end-to-end operational projects with clear goals and timelines.
• Balance between tasks, team capacity, and quality of deliverables.
• Update management on task status, concerns, and options for solutions.
• Work closely with good cooperation with other teams and colleges.

Maintain, and improve Ex Libris knowledge bases while ensuring high quality of the content.

About The Team

Delivery Ingest team includes :4 team members, responsible for improving our knowledge base quality, striving for process and workflow efficiency, and continuous improvements. The team has high interoperability with other operational teams, support, Provider Relations, and Development.

Hours of Work / More important information for you:

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model.

This is a full-time position.
