Senior Creative Marketing Designer

We’re looking for a Marketing and Motion Designer to join our marketing design team. The team at Now You Know is responsible for creating and designing our entire visual language, from shooting on set to post-production to ad campaigns to email marketing and more. You’ll create content for social media, animated ads, commercials, videos, and more.

Our team is dynamic and creates unique, ever-changing creatives to showcase the myriad of courses and school topics we publish. We encourage and cultivate an environment that promotes self-initiative, and openness to hear new ideas and testing them in the real world.

Now You Know puts design and visuals in the forefront and makes every effort to provide a cohesive and unique experience across all the platforms and mediums it operates in. 

What You'll do

• Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness
• - Map, conceptualize, design, and test innovative design creation solutions utilizing AI, automation, etc. to support scale and growth
• Create eye-catching and diverse visuals, graphics, and video edits from concept to launch for multiple platforms and formats
• Work in an iterative design process, creating, editing, expanding, and adapting design templates and creatives, updating ongoing campaigns, and designing assets
• Collaborate with Creative Marketing and Growth teams to leverage data-driven insights in the design ideation and optimization process

What you’ll bring

• Graduated Visual Communications at Bezalel, Shenkar, HIT, WIZO, or international academy equivalent — MUST 
• 4+ years of relevant experience working in a highly iterative creative environment with a focus on video and motion design. Creative for performance - a bonus. 
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and strong design fundamentals — typography, layout and composition, color theory — MUST
• Ability to effectively communicate concepts and design rationale.
• Great personality and social skills with a critical, creative mind.
• Experience creating automation for video - a bonus.
