Job description:
LabOS is looking for a talented Tier 2 Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues for our customers. This role requires expertise in SQL, databases, and communication protocols. You will investigate root causes, find solutions, and prevent future problems.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's in information systems/computer science or technological army experience.
- Strong SQL and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Team player willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
