Senior HR Specialist

TASC, Israel's leading management consulting firm, is looking for a Senior HR Specialist (for 6 months with an option to extend)

As a Senior HR Specialist, you will become an essential member of our HR team, providing support for a range of HR processes, from strategic planning to operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, overseeing annual welfare and training initiatives, and driving the implementation of HR policies and programs. Furthermore, your role will involve offering valuable insights to inform decision-making through HR diagnostics and analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience

• Experience in diagnostics and recruitment

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Analytical mindset with the capability to provide data-driven recommendations
