CTO

A development company for an industry backed, fast growing company providing single wallet white label casino & sportsbook solution via mobile, tablet and PC is searching for a CTO.

The company already has more than 60 well-established partners in the casino and sportsbook vertical. Licensed out of U.K and Malta with offices in Cyprus, Israel and Bulgaria, the company is in a fantastic position to continue its rapid global growth.

You will be responsible for the full technical aspects including development, Data and IT.

The Role Responsibilities

• Define the company’s overall technology strategy to support business objectives.
• Oversee data security, management, and governance.
• Manage strategic vendor and technology partner relationships.
• Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery.
• Monitor all existing & new integrations
• Deliver, execute & meet your KPIs on time.
• Work with stake holders & C level Management.
• Be able to recruit & build specific R&D recruitment procedures both local and international teams.
• Monitor, Nurture & increase your teams stack knowledge.
  
  

• At least 3-year experience as a CTO.
• At least 3 years’ experience of leading dev teams. At least 5 years’ experience in a development role (Full stack will be a plus).
• At least 8 years’ experience with web development in .NET framework including .net Core , SQL and no SQL. Indebt experience with React js .
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Responsible for product life cycle; from design to implementation and integration with other disciplines in the company.
• The candidate must be able to work on multiple and various tasks simultaneously.
• Multitasking is the company's way of life, and priorities can shift very quickly, so dynamic work procedures are expected.
• Personal skills. organized and able to track many projects, with proper assignments, priorities and timeline.
• High level of English is a must.
