Head of Product

One of our client companies, currently in its nascent stage, is actively seeking a Head of Product to lead their pioneering project. This role represents the first key hire within the organization, following the founder.

Established in 2024 by two experienced entrepreneurs with a deep industry background, this startup is set on transforming the supply chain sector. Their cutting-edge AI-driven solution is designed to fully automate supply chain management, aiming to significantly reduce costs by minimizing manual errors and inefficiencies. Position Overview:

As the first product leader you will be pivotal in transforming our vision into a fully realized product. This role is not just about leading the product strategy; it's about being hands-on, and acting as a partner in the product's development and execution. We are seeking a highly experienced and senior individual who is ready to tackle the challenges of building a product from the ground up and leading it to market success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's goals and market needs.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring the product meets market demands and exceeds customer expectations.
• Act as a key interface between customers and the development team, ensuring product features and enhancements are customer-driven.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather insights and feedback for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B SaaS products.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex challenges into actionable plans.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a 'hungry' mindset to drive product success and company growth.
• Experience in building products from the ground up (0-1 phase), demonstrating high caliber and resilience in the face of challenges.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and gather meaningful feedback.
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to diverse audiences.
