Hebrew Language Data and Quality Reviewer – Short-Term Pilot Program

Volga Partners is a U.S.-based company specializing in *Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning*, working with top technology giants and multinational corporations. We provide services including *IT, business process outsourcing, advanced professional services, and crowdsourcing* in both established and emerging markets.

*Project Overview:*

We are hiring for a *short-term Pilot Program* requiring *40 linguists* for the *Hebrew language*. If successful, this will become a *monthly project* for the rest of the year, with the potential to expand to six additional languages.
* *Work Involves:* GSuite-related tasks (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Sheets) across *10 job batches*
* Each job contains *200×3 replication tasks*, all of which *must be completed within a 48-hour turnaround time (TAT)*
* *Commitment and availability are crucial*—completion and quality will determine whether the project extends
* *Pre-Onboarding Assessment:* Candidates must pass an evaluation to confirm *language expertise* (especially in *reading and writing*) and *commitment to deadlines*
* *Quality Control:* Work will be audited after completion to ensure accuracy

*Position Overview:*

This is a *freelance, task-based role*—ideal for those seeking *supplemental income.* Tasks will be assigned *as they become available,* and work may be *irregular or intermittent.* Notifications will be sent via *WhatsApp, email, or Slack* (after onboarding through the client’s portal). *Tasks are first-come, first-served.*

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Interpret Data:* Analyze large datasets generated by AI systems and translate raw data into actionable insights
* *Quality Assurance:* Ensure data accuracy, identify errors, and implement corrective measures
* *Content Evaluation:* Perform *language-based assessments* and *data validation* to maintain quality
* *Translation Work:* English to Malay and vice versa, ensuring precision and cultural relevance

*Candidate Requirements:*
* *Language Proficiency:* Fluent in *Hebrew* with *strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills*
* *Education & Experience:*
* Linguists with *L2/L3 skills* (linguistics degree *not required*)
* *One year of relevant experience* is sufficient
* Preferred but not required: *T3, Master’s, or PhD related to the language*
* *Attention to Detail:* Strong written communication and ability to *evaluate* content effectively
* *Tech Skills:* Must be comfortable working with *GSuite (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Sheets)* and *Crowd Compute (GPartner accounts required)*
* *Availability:* Must be available *during IST working hours* to meet tight deadlines

*Pre-Onboarding & Assessment Process:*
* *Candidates must complete a language proficiency assessment* (provided by Volga Partners) to verify reading, writing, and translation abilities
* Instructions will be in *English,* but tasks will be in the *target language*
* *Audit step included* to ensure quality before project completion

*Additional Job Requirements:*
* *Must have a personal device (laptop/computer) and stable Wi-Fi connection*
* *Freelance, task-based role (0- 20 hours per week)*
* *Pay Rate: USD $9 - $12 per hour (entry-level)*

* *Commitment is required for this pilot.* The project consists of *10 batches*, and work will progress *sequentially*—*Batch 1 must be completed before moving to Batch 2,* and so on. Each batch must be completed within a *48-hour turnaround time (TAT).*

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: 32.08₪ - 42.77₪ per hour
