Position Overview

For one of our divisions that provides a full suite of complementary services in various verticals, we are in search of a VP level manager to manage and lead a division of 200 employees.

Responsibilities

• Leading a business and project-oriented activity of a complex business division with ~200 managers and employees. In charge of building and executing an annual workplan, including design and implementation of methodologies, infrastructure, and business/organizational/managerial processes in each of the division’s units.
• Define the division's strategy, in line with the company's strategy, build and execute a business development plan according to the division's goals, including increase of business activity with existing customers and penetration into new markets in Israel and abroad.
• Manage P&L end-to-end -

Full responsibility for meeting the defined financial turnover target.

Full responsibility for meeting the revenue target.

Prepare and monitor the division's budgets throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Profound and proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior level management role, as a VP of a business unit/division.
• Proven experience managing managers and building delivering business units. 
• Proven experience in planning and executing workplans.
• Proven experience extending business activity and entering new markets, in Israel and abroad.
• Bachelor's degree - a must.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field - an advantage.
• Possesses excellent management skills: high level of interpersonal communication; independence; ability to manage in a multi-task environment with many interfaces; stamina and perseverance; logical and methodological thinking, creative problem solving.
