What will you do?

❑Build the next generation of Autonomous Robotics in solar-agriculture!

❑Define the team's structure, roles, and responsibilities.

❑Manage the team's workload and assign tasks based on priorities and expertise.

❑Collaborate with external contractors or vendors, ensuring seamless integration with the team.

❑Participate in hands-on coding, design, and development activities.

❑Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.

❑Identify and resolve technical challenges or roadblocks faced by the team.

❑Foster a positive and productive team culture, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning.

❑Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

❑Proven leadership and team-building skills - you’ll build it from scratch.

❑Strong technical background in software engineering, data science (advantage to multidisplinary background)

❑Proven design skills - defining and documenting SW requirements.

❑Familiarity with the company's products, services, and technology stack such as:

❑Python and familiarity with its popular libraries and frameworks.

Experience with other programming languages or frameworks – advantage.

❑Linux operating systems and hardware integration.

❑Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external contractors.

❑Hands-on experience with the development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.

❑Experience with microservices architecture.

❑Experience with the following: Git, Docker, databases, communication protocols, GPS, sensors.

Qualifications:

❑B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Engineering.

❑Experience -10+ years.

❑Managerial experience of 3+ years.
