As a PMO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of large-scale technological infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include project planning, progress monitoring, anomaly detection, and document management. You’ll collaborate closely with program managers to drive efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Gantt Management:
• Oversee Gantt charts for large projects.
• Ensure alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
• Project Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor project schedules and progress.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Anomaly Identification:
• Proactively identify deviations from project plans.
• Escalate anomalies and propose corrective actions.
• Collaboration with Program Managers:
• Work closely with program managers, system engineers and project managers to align project activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of proven experience in a PMO role.
• Proficiency in working with MS Project and managing complex Gantt charts is essential.
• Technical Skills:
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Education:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with the world of IT infrastructure
