Director Digital Sales

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Digital Sales to lead our digital sales teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital sales strategies, driving revenue growth through strategic sales operations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic digital sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
2. Lead and mentor a team of digital sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and results.
3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with market trends, customer needs, and product offerings.
4. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's digital sales footprint and market reach.
5. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and sales forecasting.
6. Oversee the development and execution of digital sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital sales to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in digital sales, sales management, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of digital sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, social media, and SEO/SEM.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
