B2B Product Marketing Manager, Fiverr Pro

Description

Fiverr is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Fiverr Pro Team, a fast-growing business unit within Fiverr. We're looking for someone who can plan, develop and implement storytelling, marketing and user experience initiatives, aimed to strengthen Fiverr Pro’ positioning, acquisition, and retention of freelancers.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for various plans and activities, from ideation through execution to post analysis, utilizing the available channels and collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Design, and Marketing teams.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Develop key messaging and value propositions for new products and features.
• Create compelling content and in-product communication to help position Fiverr Pro as the go-to platform for freelancers
• Orchestrate and execute product launches cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Talent Management, and other business teams.
• Launch and support educational initiatives, including community building, webinars, and workshops, aimed at fostering business growth for freelancers.
• Get to know our freelance personas; interview them, collect feedback, initiate user testing, and create success stories to distribute across channels.
• Organize and deliver training to relevant teams, aligning and informing them on audience, messaging, product launches, and GTM strategies.
• Work closely with the product and other business teams to understand upcoming goals, features and user experiences to build a holistic retention strategy..
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferably native)
• Experience in creating GTM strategies for new products and features and execution of relevant marketing campaigns and activities.
• Know how to translate complex concepts into clear, concise language and business values
• Have exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills
• Familiarity with data system concepts, databases, BI, Usability tests, and market research.
• Experience in working with multiple internal partners, including product, design, content, customer success, and support.
