What are we looking for?

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated closings, including account reconciliations, accrual schedules, and general journal entries.
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations, and perform completeness checks on financial data on a weekly and monthly basis.
Manage monthly payroll process with Hilan (outsource payroll services provider), including attendance information, reimbursements, etc.
Manage the collection process and contribute to budget vs. actual analysis.
Oversee accounting operations, including AR, Revenue Recognition, monthly tax reporting, etc.
Conduct regular data control to ensure accurate financial postings.
Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and compliant audits.
Provide support for day-to-day finance operations, special projects, and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Assist in implementing new work procedures to enhance accounting processes.

Requirements:

CPA with an Internship in one of the Big 4;
Experience in preparing financial statements and consolidated reports according to US GAAP.
Multi-tasking, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and striving well in a dynamic work environment.
Accurate and detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills.
Ability to drive results-driven processes and be willing to make an impact.
Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
A highly committed team player with the ability to work independently
Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement.
English - High level (written and spoken).
