The Organizational-Operational Excellence Manager will Translate and implemente the company's strategy:

organizational structure, operating models, organizational and business processesLeading cross-organizational projects to improve business processes (characterization and implementation of end-to-end core processes to improve organizational-oprational excellence), and assistance in decision-making processes for senior management

Job requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in organizational consultancy in diagnostic processes and implementation
• Experience in a consulting firm is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution - mandatory
• Relevant second degree - advantageous
• Strong analytical skills alongside excellent interpersonal abilities
