Atera is seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Program Manager to lead the efforts and deliveries of AI capabilities within our product offerings. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Atera's product strategy and enhancing our competitive position in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, strategic business acumen, and a visionary mindset to drive innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments to implement a comprehensive AI strategy to enhance Atera's product offerings and drive business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, R&D, Marketing, and Sales, to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into existing and future products.
• Define and prioritize AI initiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Lead the identification and evaluation of AI technologies, tools, and partners to support product development and innovation.
• Collaborate with business departments to build a go-to-market strategy for AI-powered features and solutions, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives and track progress towards business goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI trends, best practices, and industry developments, both internally and externally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to AI team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements relevant to AI and IT management.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in IT management roles, such as IT Director or IT Manager, with a deep understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and software development processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Strong project management skills, attention to details and data analytic abilitlies
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and market differentiation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful product launches or initiatives.
• Visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Experience in the IT industry or SaaS/software development space is a plus.
