Business Development Manager- 2952

A leading scientific organization is looking for a Business Development Manager:

Locating and evaluating technologies and applied research at the organization for the construction of commercialization pipelines:

• Market analysis including competitors, trends and leading industry players.
• Preparing technological summaries, presentations and marketing material and presenting it to a - target audience for commercialization.
• Responsibility and participation in decision-making processes concerning the protection of patents in the field.

Establishing contact and cooperation with researchers, crediting milestones for developing and building tomorrow's strategy and commercialization accordingly:

• Leading the commercialization of scientific projects from the Academy of Industry in the field.
• Development and management of business/professional collaborations with leading companies in their field in Israel and around the world.

Engagement with entrepreneurs to identify projects and promote the establishment of start-up companies:

• Engagement with senior job holders in the fields of business development and R&D in the industry.
• Building and leading negotiations with potential partners.

Requirements:

• PhD in life sciences - mandatory.
• Master's/additional degree-in business administration/economics/law-advantage.
• Proven experience in business development of projects in the field.
• Background in the fields of science as well as business activity and strategy.
• Experience in leading research and development of an innovative product in the field - an advantage.
• Experience in negotiating and signing engagement contracts.
• English at a high level in writing and in writing.
• High ability to work in a team, excellent human relations.
• Motivated and high energy, action oriented/problem solving personality.
• High abilities in management and inclusion of multiple tasks.
