Job Summary:

UCT is seeking an experienced Process Engineer that will be responsible for manufacturing equipment, production output, quality, on-time delivery, process improvement, safety, and housekeeping in the manufacturing line to manufacture high-quality products for customers to ensure smooth business operations within department guidelines, work protocols, and corporate policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Day to Day Support Production BU
• Define Manufacturing File
• Utilization of Existing Processes
• Cost Reduction
• Rework and Scrap Reduction
• Problem-Solving
• Sustain Product Configuration
• RCCA implementation.
• Yield Analysis & improvement. Training (Supervisor)
• Process Capability Analysis
• Tooling and fixture design, finishing processes as mechanical polishing.
• Perform product functional/system test and leak test, identify errors and conduct rework if required.

• Assemble Electronic and Mechanical Parts to Build Machines Based on Required Specifications, Drawings and Work Instruction
• Report And Assist Product Engineers in Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
• Highlight any problems or abnormalities in production floor
• Perform housekeeping, adhere to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol
• Actively take part in continuous improvement activities
• Train and guide new operators/ manufacturing technicians
• Support other ad-hoc activities and tasking that assign by the superior
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
  

• 5-10 Years in Same Position in a Global Company
• Familiar With Semi-Conductor Industry and Specs
• Experience With CAD/CAM Systems
• Experience With CNC Machining
• Extensive Knowledge of Metallurgy and Metrology
• Electro Polishing, Orbital Welding, AFM And Other Surface Treatment Related to Stainless Steel
