This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive lead-generation efforts for 2 global units marketing in the VPG Weighing Solutions division.

• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and tactics for new and existing products
• Creating demand for products through effective positioning
• Market analysis and product positioning and conduct competitive analysis.
• Messaging and marketing programs.
• Be the vital link between the Sales, R&D and Marketing units. Working closely with the R&D department and gaining a deep expertise in existing products
• Building knowledge and insights of the buyer and decision-making personas
• Working with external vendors
• Developing product documentation, presentations, digital marketing, email and social media campaigns,
• Responsible for brands’ website and digital marketing activities, presenting VPG’s new & existing products and strengthen the company’s brand and increase sales.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• 5+ years of global B2B marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in market-facing activities
• Deep understating and experience in digital marketing and social media.
• native English speaking - must
• experience in the automotive or mechanical industries is an advantage.
