Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Office Secretary located in Raanana. The Medical Office Secretary is responsible for appointment scheduling, clerical tasks, medical terminology, medical office procedures, and typing.

• Proficient in appointment scheduling and clerical skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent
