ELN Team Leader

Padagis is hiring a dynamic individual to join us as the ELN Team Leader within our Quality Division.

In this role, you'll lead a team of three ELN members and spearhead the development of methods in electronic notebooks for our QC laboratories at the Yeruham manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities:

- Building and delivering methods to the laboratory.

- Innovating solutions to address problems at their root.

- Improving existing processes while implementing new ones.

- Collaborating with internal departments and with external suppliers in English.

This is a Full-time role: Sunday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:30 (including overtime availability)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Practical Engineer – mandatory.

2. Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.

3. Minimum one year of managerial experience – significant advantage.

4. Background in ELN/EBR digitization, analytical equipment, or laboratory systems implementation – mandatory.

5. Proven ability to drive interfaces independently while achieving objectives – mandatory.

6. Flexibility to work additional hours, including phone availability during afterhours – mandatory.
