LX-designer for b2b courses

TripleTen is a fast-scaling company committed to enabling our students to change their lives through our focused reskilling programs. We are dedicated to supporting career switchers and are looking for an experienced partnerships specialist to drive our career services to new heights.

We are looking for an LX designer who will take part in creating content for our library of B2B courses. This library provides a range of courses developed to enhance hard skills. The topics covered are data analysis, machine learning, and soft skills.

What you will do::

Adjust our current courses for the new target audience:

• Conduct an audit of the course in terms of cognitive load, difficulty level, and alignment with educational outcomes;
• Create summative, formative, and pre-assessments in collaboration with SME;
• Localize content for the LatAm audience;
• Make ad hoc improvements to content based on student/course team requests.
  
  

• Key theories of adult learning;
• Methodologies for designing educational programs;
• Various approaches to assessing educational outcomes and how to design and implement assessment into the program.
  
  

• Develop various forms of educational content (projects, practice tasks, assessment, etc.);
• Structure educational experiences, build Learning Journey Maps (LJMs);
• Work with technical topics without being overwhelmed.
  
  

• English and Russian proficiency;
• Autonomy — you don't wait to be told what to do or asked how things are; you propose, do, ask questions independently and are ready to take responsibility for it;
• Empathetic, student-centric approach — you make decisions considering students' interests, concerns, and context; you understand that the responsibility for successes and failures is shared equally between us and the students;
• Attention to detail and thoroughness — you'll be processing a lot of content that needs to be checked for methodological quality.
  
  

• Working as an instructional designer / LX designer / program designer for at least 2 years;
• Developing education in the field of Data Analytics, Data Science or IT;
• Working on an educational product throughout its lifecycle (from design to effectiveness assessment and refactoring);
• Auditing educational programs.
  
  

• You have experience in developing education for an international audience;
• You have basic Spanish skills.
